Montecristo Edmundo

“The Count of Montecristo”

Montecristo Edmundo

After smoking the Petit Edmundo, I decided to review its bigger brother, Montecristo Edmundo.
Why is this cigar called Edmundo? It is named after Edmundo Dantes, hero of Alexandre Dumas’ famous novel “The Count of Montecristo”. It has this classic, bitter-sweet, tangy flavour that has made Montecristo the world’s most popular Havana cigar. This started off a tiny bit bitter but calmed down to what it should be as I smoked it down with spice, mahogany, and walnut character and some dried earth. Loads of flavor. It’s full, rich, and satisfying. This was my Cigar of the Year in 2014. 18% Rabatt bei: cigarreviewpro@gmail.com.
